Mandy Howard is a licensed real estate associate broker in Albuquerque, New Mexico with Real Broker, LLC. She was born in Idaho and grew up near Seattle, Washington, and in 2018, she and her family made the big move to New Mexico. From the moment she arrived, she fell in love with the beautiful landscapes, vibrant culture, and welcoming community,Albuquerque truly feels like home.

Mandy is a proud mom of four, three sons and a daughter, and a wife to the man of her dreams, whom she married in 2022. She’s always been passionate about helping families. For many years, she worked as a birth doula, supporting moms and babies, and she even had the experience of being a surrogate for a baby girl, helping a couple become a family. Those experiences shaped her compassion, patience, and love for guiding people through big life moments.

 

Before focusing on real estate, Mandy worked as a supervisor for American Airlines, where she learned the importance of customer service, empathy, and connecting with people. She brings all of that experience into her real estate work, helping her clients buy or sell homes with confidence and care. For Mandy, it’s not just about the transaction, it’s about finding the right home for each person or family and making the process as smooth and supportive as possible.

 

When she’s not helping clients, Mandy loves staying active! Soccer, hiking, walking, and paddle boarding are some of her favorite ways to enjoy New Mexico’s outdoors. She is also very active in a local mom group, forming meaningful relationships with other mothers and building a strong community. To Mandy, real estate is more than selling and buying, it’s about helping people find a place where memories are made, families grow, and life truly feels like home.
