Hello

Hi, I'm Mandy Howard!

I'm a wife, mom of four, real estate broker, community builder, coffee enthusiast, and professional chauffeur to three teenagers and one toddler. If you've ever tried to coordinate a toddler's nap schedule, a teen's social calendar, soccer practice, and a home showing all in the same day, then you already understand a little bit about my life!

I live in Albuquerque with my husband (who truly is my best friend), my four amazing kids, four dogs, one cat, and what feels like an endless pile of laundry. Originally from Washington State, I grew up playing soccer and still love staying active through hiking, workouts, and exploring everything New Mexico has to offer.

Helping families has always been at the heart of who I am. Long before I became a real estate broker, I had the incredible honor of serving as a surrogate for a family, helping them welcome a child into the world. That experience reinforced something I've always known: there is nothing more meaningful than helping people build the life they've dreamed of.

That same passion led me to create a local mom community in Albuquerque that has grown into hundreds of amazing women supporting one another through every stage of motherhood. Whether it's a coffee meetup, brunch with friends, a playdate, or a moms' night out, I love creating opportunities for connection because motherhood was never meant to be done alone.

My journey into real estate began during one of the most challenging seasons of my life. After giving birth to my youngest child, I was diagnosed with heart failure. It was a life-changing experience that reminded me just how precious and unpredictable life can be. While recovering and caring for a newborn, I made a decision: if life is short, I'm going to pursue the career I've always dreamed about. So I earned my real estate license with a baby in my arms and never looked back.

Today, I'm proud to be an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Legacy. Through extensive training, mentorship, and professional development, I've committed myself to becoming the best advocate possible for my clients. Real estate isn't just a job to me, it's a chance to help families create stability, build wealth, and find the place they'll call home.

In 2026, I was honored to be nominated for the "Mom Who Makes a Difference" award through ABQ Mom Choice Awards and was selected as a Top 5 finalist. While the recognition meant a lot, what means even more is knowing I've been able to make a positive impact in the community I love.

Whether you're buying your first home, upgrading for a growing family, downsizing for a new chapter, or simply curious about the Albuquerque market, I'd love to help. You'll find that I bring a lot of heart, a little humor, plenty of determination, and the same level of care I'd want for my own family. And if we happen to talk real estate over brunch and coffee, even better.
